Shipping & Returns

Please note we do not stock all items in one location. We currently have five store fronts (Fitzroy, Surry Hills, Crows Nest, Brunswick and Northcote) as well as a warehouse in Brunswick. Therefore we'd like you to allow up to 5 business days for your order to arrive as it may be coming to you from interstate.

Items that are currently not in-stock but are available, can be ordered but will attract a delay. Please contact us if you'd like an ETA on a particular item.

If an item purchased happens to be out of stock at the time of ordering - we will contact you within 24hrs to provide this information. No charges will be made to credit cards until stock is ready to ship.

TITLE makes every effort practical to ensure that delivery timeframes provided are accurate.

By placing an order online, you agree not to hold TITLE liable for any loss or damage directly or indirectly arising out of or in connection with any delay or failure to deliver within the estimated time frame. We anticipate we will be able to keep each customer informed and up-to-date with any delays should they occur.

Items ordered online can be returned and exchanged within 14 days either online or in-store. Returned items must be in mint condition and can be exchanged for another item of equal or more value if the difference is paid. There are no cash refunds.

Faulty goods can be replaced or refunded. Please contact us with a description of the fault and we will send you a Reply Paid envelope. Please indicate whether you would like a replacement or refund.

Please note that the majority of our DVD range is imported and product specified as Region 1, 2, 3, 5 or 6 will need to be viewed on a multi-region DVD player.
